Understand appointment statuses in Yofica

Statuses help both sides know whether the visit is requested, confirmed, finished, or cancelled.

Pending

The request was sent, but the master still needs to accept or decline it. Do not assume the visit is confirmed yet.

Confirmed means both sides can plan around the visit. Completed means the service already happened.

Cancelled means the visit will not happen. If you still need the service, choose a new time or message the master.
