Open your profile and tap the language selector at the top. Yofica is available in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Hebrew.
Open your profile and tap "Support", or email us directly at support@yofica.com. We read every message.
Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset it. If you logged in with Google or Apple, use your social provider login.
If you sign up with email and password, we send a 6-digit code to your inbox that you enter to finish creating the account (it expires after 60 minutes, and you can resend it). Signing in with Google or Apple is verified automatically and skips this step.
Yes. Google sign-in works on all platforms and Apple sign-in is available on iOS. New social accounts are created already verified, and if you later sign in with the same provider on an email you already used, the accounts link automatically.
The first signup step asks how you will use Yofica, and you can tap Change to switch before finishing. After signup the role is fixed, so to use the other role you would need a separate account.
On first launch Yofica matches your phone's language to Ukrainian, Russian, or Hebrew if it fits, and otherwise defaults to English. Once you pick a language manually, it remembers your choice.
Hebrew is a right-to-left language, so switching into or out of it flips the whole layout and needs a full reload, which is why a restart prompt appears. Switching between English, Russian, and Ukrainian applies instantly without a restart.
Open the version and about screen from your Profile. It shows the app version, build number, and environment, with a button to check for over-the-air updates.
Push notifications are not supported in the web version, so the app does not register for them there. Use the iOS or Android app to receive push alerts.
