Create a manual booking when the client came from outside Yofica

Manual bookings keep your real business history together, even when the client first contacted you elsewhere.

Use it for offline and social clients

If a client wrote on Instagram, called, or booked in person, add the appointment manually. Then the visit can appear in history, clients, and earnings.

Add only details you can trust

  • client name or contact
  • service
  • date and time
  • expected price
  • notes that affect the visit

Keep chat for changes

If anything changes after the manual booking, write it in chat or update the appointment. Do not rely on memory.
