Import your Instagram work into Yofica

Check the account first

Instagram import needs a Business or Creator account with published posts. You also need to own the selected media or have permission to import it.

Open the importer

In the master app, open either Services or Portfolio, tap the + button, then choose “Import from Instagram”. Sign in and approve the connection in the Instagram authorization window.

Choose up to 12 posts

After you return to Yofica, your available posts load into a grid. The first 12 are selected initially. Change the selection if needed, then confirm that you have rights to process the selected media.

Choose how to import

• “Analyze selected” sends the selected images to the AI provider and suggests services based on the posts
• “Import photos only” skips AI completely and imports the selected posts only as portfolio photos

Review before the final import

Every selected post is prepared for your portfolio. When you use analysis, Yofica also shows suggested services. Keep or remove each suggestion, then tap “Import selected”. You can still import portfolio photos when no service suggestions are selected.

If something does not load

• If the session expires, connect Instagram again
• If no Professional account is found, switch the Instagram account to Business or Creator
• If no posts appear, check that the connected account has published media
