Turn a price list photo into services with AI
Use this when your services already exist in a price list. Yofica reads one image, gives you a review list, and creates only the services you approve.
Start from Services
Open Services in the master app, tap the + button, then choose “Import with AI”.
Choose one clear price-list photo
The importer opens your photo library and asks for access if needed. Pick one image with readable service names and prices. Recognition starts after you choose it.
Review what AI found
Yofica shows the recognized service drafts in a review window. All drafts are selected initially. You can remove individual services or select and deselect all before saving.
- A recognized price is saved as a fixed price
- If no numeric price is found, the service is saved as “On request”
- You can edit the name, price, duration, category, and description after saving
Save only the services you want
Tap “Save selected”. The importer creates the selected services and returns you to the Services list. The price-list photo is not added to your portfolio.
If recognition does not find services
Try a sharper photo with the full price list visible and less glare. If no services can be read, Yofica will not create empty drafts.
