Accept or decline booking requests professionally
A booking status is a promise. Before changing it, make sure the client has the context they need.
Pending means decision is still needed
A pending request should not sit silently. Confirm it when time, service, and client details work. Decline it when you cannot serve it clearly and politely.
Use chat before a risky decline
If the request is almost right but the time or service is wrong, message first. A short clarification can save a booking.
Keep status clean
- Confirmed: both sides can rely on the visit
- Completed: the service really happened
- Cancelled: the visit will not happen
- Do not mark completed just to clean the list
