Use the client list as a simple beauty CRM

The client list is not just contacts. It shows who returns, who has an upcoming visit, and who may need a follow-up.

Look at recency first

Last visit tells you who is warm and who is drifting away. A client who visited recently needs a different message than someone who has not returned for months.
